The job of this subcommittee is to handle all of our property matters during the building project. They should search for suitable property for the building of the new church. Suitability must include factors like easy access, visibility and adequacy of the property. After the property is found, the subcommittee should use a qualified surveyor to establish the boundary of the property. Furthermore, the subcommittee should be familiar with the local codes on setback distances, green space, water retention, parking, height restriction, environmental impact, easement, etc. Also, this subcommittee should make recommendations on the use of the old church property and search for more adjacent properties in the area. In short, any matter relating to property should be handled by the property subcommittee. |
